UP Scholarship Online Form 2026-2027 : Document Required

Applicants must submit the hard copy of the online application form along with the following documents:

Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination
Caste Certificate
Income Certificate
Bank Passbook
Fee Receipt Number
Annual Non-Refundable Amount details
Enrollment Number
Aadhaar Card
Recent passport-size photograph (scanned copy)

UP Scholarship Eligibility Details

Criteria	Eligibility
Domicile	This scholarship is available only to candidates who are residents of Uttar Pradesh and possess a valid Uttar Pradesh domicile certificate.
Pre Matric	Candidates who have successfully completed Class 8 and are studying in Class 9, or who have successfully completed Class 9 and are studying in Class 10, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Post Matric	Candidates who have successfully completed Class 10 and are studying in Class 11, or who have successfully completed Class 11 and are studying in Class 12, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Dashmottar	Candidates enrolled in any Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma, or Certificate course are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

UP Scholarship Form For Offline Submission 2026-2027

After completing the online scholarship application, candidates must print the completed form, attach the required supporting documents (as specified above), and submit it to their respective College, School, or Institution before the prescribed deadline.
