- Candidates holding a B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or the relevant engineering streams mentioned in the official notification are eligible to apply.
- Applicants who have completed their Engineering degree or are currently studying in the final year from an AICTE-approved institution can apply for TGC 144. Candidates appearing in the final year are also eligible.
