- Candidates should have graduated from a recognized university. For unpaid departmental personnel, passing Intermediate (Class 12) is sufficient. Preference shall be given to applicants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Territorial Army, holders of an NCC ‘B’ Certificate, or those who have rendered at least 3 years of service in the Home Guard organization.
